(We will walk the talk)

A key part of our philosophy is the belief in the role of educational attainment as tied to language revitalization and the connection between the two. Several studies show that Indigenous language programs improve the academic performance of Indigenous students. We also believe that language revitalization should be connected to success in career pathway development. Economic independence is an integral part of our traditional ways and needs to be restored along side our language and cultural practices. Revitalizing Indigenous languages creates job opportunities in education, translation, tourism, and cultural preservation.
